About The Event

Breathing for a New earth is a Conscious Breathing workshop for the 20-35 years old.

The workshop is open to anyone wishing to discover the gentle healing power of breathwork. 3 hours of being with yourself, in the comfort of your home, surrounded by a like-minded community. Online Zoom sessions at times to suit Australia and  Europe.

Each person benefits from its own private room on Zoom.

Conscious Breathing (Breathwork) is for the healing of the mind, heart and body. 

No breathwork experience necessary.

Breathwork is safe, gentle and an organic way to gently unlock the breathing patterns that keeps us stuck, sick or unable to live the life we were hoping for. It connects us to our inner teacher so that we can find our own answers.

Slowing down the breath activate the parasympathetic branch of the nervous system where healing can happen.

  • On the physical realm it will support you heal inflammation, insomnia, anxiety, gut dysfunction, chronic symptoms
  • On the emotional realm, it will facilitate your ability to feel and to welcome your emotions without needing to fix them. It allows you to connect to and honour your true feelings.
  • On the mental realm, it will highlight the belief systems which no longer serves you so that you can let go of old and restrictive thinking patterns.
  • On the spiritual realm it will connect you to your truth, showing you the way to a creative, fulfilling life.

Conscious breathing means to be aware of our breathing, noticing it’s pattern and the sensations that arise in our body when we do breathe consciously. Conscious Connected Breathing is the ability to breathe fully on the inhale and to totally relax the exhale. There is no pause between the inhale/exhale and the exhale/inhale.

The power of Breathwork relies on its intention setting. Having a formulated intention by words or images gives a direction for the brain/body/spirit system to release what is the way of us achieving this intention.

It's organic and safe, Your system will only release what you are ready to see, feel or be aware of.

The power of the group

It is fascinating to observe how a group gets formed to the perfect need of each of the participants.

Personal intentions are being enhanced and completed by each participants.

The sharing and debriefing in a group setting is powerful. One is often touched by the amount of love, understanding and compassion which exists between the participants. This is so healing to receive and to give.

The realisation that we are one and not alone is very precious indeed and is a gift to take home with you.

Preparing for the online session

Wear comfortable clothes.

Have a glass of water handy and tissues and a blanket, one can sometimes get cold during the session

Keep your mobile phone near you, you will put it on do not disturb just after we have made contact

Be in a room where you will not be disturbed.

Organise yourself so you can be sitting up and then lying down

If there are people in the house, let them know you are having a session so they know not to disturb you.

Wear earphones, if you have any, once you are lying down for the breathing session, it is easier for me to hear you with will need to set up your device while lying down so I can see your upper boddy and your face.

Please make sure that your electronic devices are charged before the session.

About the session

You will benefit from your own private room on Zoom

1- Intention setting: The session will begin sitting up, talking, sharing and setting up your intention.

2- Breathwork; ( 60-75 minutes).

You will be breathing under my guidance. I will be holding the space so you can relax and feel safe. Gentle music is being played in the background.

3- Debriefing the session: Coming back to sitting and sharing what feels appropriate.

About Ghislaine

Ghislaine has been in private practice using Breathwork and Kinesiology since 2003.

Her personal journey in healing herself from Chronic Health Symptoms has led her to understand that the Autonomic Nervous System plays an important part on the health, well-being and creativity of a person and that breath is the most organic way we have to regulate our Nervous System.

She has developed the Conscious Energy Medicine program using Kinesiology, Conscious Breathing (Breathwork), Energy Medicine and Spiritual Psychology.

Ghislaine is the national representative for Australia at the International Breathwork Foundation (IBF)
